Got a problem that needs solving? Em & Maddie are here to help you … or try to!

Are you frustrated with not knowing how to find a rational and logical answer to your personal or professional mistakes, dramas, calamities, and hardships? Desperate enough in having your challenging or unchallenging questions responded to by two thirtysomething year old and unapologetically queer, disabled girlies?
Well expect the unexpected (seriously please do) as Melbourne actor, writer, producer, artist, and disability arts advocate, Emily Dash, alongside with her best friend and co-host, fellow disability advocate, writer, producer, advisor, podcaster, and comedian, Madeleine Stewart attempt amusingly to present themselves as ‘funny and modern agony aunts’ of the twenty-first century dishing out unsolicited advice for those who stumble into cringey and awkward situations on their comedy podcast, Em & Maddie Solve Your Problems. They are coming to the Adelaide Fringe Festival this month to wreak havoc on the gullible, hapless, and reckless, but please don’t panic as Emily and Madeleine will try to figure everything out without leaving anyone empty handed. No matter how big or small the problem is, Em & Maddie will not let up until it is solved!
In a hilariously audacious and unflinching chat with Utterly Queer As!‘s Jarad McLoughlin, Emily and Madeleine spill all about acting mischievously while holidaying, wild baby names, late night cyberstalking, and how TikTok inspired a segment that has them answering 20 year old embarrassing anonymous questions from the unsealed pages of the Dolly Doctor section of the Australian teenage magazine, Dolly, which creased its print edition after 46 years back in December 2016. However, the conversation leads off with them saying how happy and excited they are to visit and explore Adelaide for the very first time.
