Youth Verdict comes down on Clive Palmer

An important legal decision was handed down recently when the Queensland Land Court agreed with indigenous group Youth Verdict, that his giant coal mine in the Galilee Basin should not proceed, as it threatened the human rights of First Nations people in the area. While this is a recommendation only, Youth Verdict Co-Director and Program Lead Murrawah Johnson, hopes that the Queensland Government will agree.
