R You Ready to Return to Driving?

Earlier this week an initiative was launched by MyCar to introduce R plates for returning drivers who are getting back on the road following a serious road trauma.
The plates would indicate that these drivers need extra care while on the road and aims to minimise and avoid road rage incidents.
Dr Jason Thompson, Associate Professor and Senior Research Fellow from the University of Melbourne, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to tell us more about the initiative.
