Santos Taken to Court for Greenwashing

The Australasian Centre for Corporate Responsibility is taking Santos to court, with the assistance of the Environmental Defenders’ Office, because it believes Santos has misrepresented its ability to reduce its emissions through various means. It’s an important case, which may have implications for other major fossil fuel companies. Barometer’s Barry Mitchell spoke to the ACCR’s Brynne O’Brien.
