Emissions Standards Slowing EV Take-up

Transport emissions make up 18% of all emissions in Australia, but the lack of standards in this area has not only meant increased costs for motorists as well as more emissions, it has prevented the take-up of electric vehicles by motorists, and restricted the choice available. Finally there seems to be some willingness in Government to address this. Barry Mitchell spoke to Ajaya Haikerwal, Solar Citizens Clean Transport Campaigner.
