New Hydrogen Process may be Future for H-powered Vehicles

Doctor Srikanth Mateti and his colleague Professor Ian Chen at Deakin University have been developing a new process whereby hydrogen can be cheaply separated from a compound, then stored and transported safely. With large-scale application, this has the potential to revolutionise hydrogen as an energy source, especially for vehicles. Barometer’s Barry Mitchell spoke to Doctor Mateti.
