Reversing the Land Clearing Trend

Every year in Australia far more land is cleared of tree cover than is revegetated. How can that be turned around? One way is to encourage private conservation by landowners. The Australian Land Conservation Alliance – a peak body – has encouraging private conservation as its mission, and I spoke to local policy lead for ALCA, Michael Cornish.
