Ambulance ramping is a familiar issue in Adelaide. Almost all ambulances on our city roads have slogans sprawled across its windows, critisising the government over the worsening of this issue.
But how widespread an issue is ramping? What are the follow-on concerns and how do we change the system to ensure this becomes a problem of the past?
Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis were joined by Malcolm Boyle, Academic Lead in Paramedic Education and Program Director Paramedicine Programs at Griffith University to dissect the issue.
