Combatting Student Depression During a Pandemic

According to a recent KFF study, over 50% of young adults aged 18-24 have experienced a rise in symptoms of depression and/or anxiety disorder during the COVID-19 pandemic. For students in particular, the effect of pandemic-related restrictions such as the closure of schools and being forced to study at home has only made these symptoms that much worse.
Ida, a school counsellor, was fortunately able to share her experiences about how she helps students who are struggling with mental health, and gives some helpful practical/mental tips on how we can all maintain a healthy mental wellbeing.
