As part of this years Adelaide Guitar Festival, Guitarchestra is an experimental community based performance celebrating one of our most loved and culturally iconic instruments.
Presented by Open Space Contemporary Arts and composer Matthew Timmis (Nosferatu and Car-cophony), the show features a large-scale electric guitar ensemble to create an immersive multi-phonic, sound work.
Matthew joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to learn more what goes into composing the performance and what we can expect from it. The performance will be held at the Flour Shed – Hart’s Mill, Port Adelaide.
