Woodside and BHP want to start a huge new off-shore gas project in Western Australia. There are many issues around this project, including the dangers of off-shore drilling and piping gas, disturbance to the marine environment, and the biggest – the huge volume of greenhouse gas emitted during the drilling, extracting and finally – burning of this methane. Barry Mitchell spoke to 350WA Campaigner Rhiannon Hardwick.
