US withdraws from Afghanistan

This week President Biden announced American troops would be completely withdrawn from Afghanistan by the end of August.
This year marks 20 years since American troops entered Afghanistan following the September 11 Taliban attacks.
Breakfast’s Tom Mann is joined by US correspondent Taylor Kaplan to talk about America’s withdrawal, and about two bills heading towards the American senate that could majorly reform the country’s infrastructure.
