Classic musical comedy “The Producers”

The Producers is the hit Mel Brooks comedy, first a film in 1967, then a Broadway Musical in 2001, then a re-made film in 2005.
A down-on-his-luck, fading Broadway producer and his shy, mild-mannered accountant come up with a scheme to produce the most notorious flop in history, swindling supporters out of millions of dollars. Only one thing goes wrong; the show is a wild success.
The Marie Clark Musical Theatre company are presenting The Producers from July 16 to July 24 at The Arts Theatre in Adelaide.
Actors Sam Davey and Kristian Latella join Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Paul Davies to chat all about the upcoming production.
