Easing processes for employing refugees to boost economy

Many industries across Australia are facing a labour shortage.
This has been caused and exacerbated by the ongoing impacts of the pandemic, but we do have a work pool that is willing and able to take up many of these jobs.
Refugees in this country face massive difficulties finding work and statistically around 1 in 20 find work in their first year in this country.
So how could we better tap into this work pool in a way that benefits all?
Lecturer in Management at the University of Newcastle Jeannie Lee speaks with us about this.
