Environment Protection Too Hard for WA Mining Companies

The West Australian Mining Lobby has submitted to the Senate inquiry into the EPBC act review, that stricter environmental standards applied to development applications would make it too hard for any application to be approved. The Australian Conservation Foundation’s Basha Stasak says perhaps they should try harder to actually protect the environment. She spoke to Barometer’s Barry Mitchell.
