Plants saving water when animals relax

A team of German and Australian researchers have discovered an interesting way that plants could save water, making them more resistant to drought.
The answer lies in a fun little molecule called GABA produced by animals when they’re trying to relax.
Matthew Gilliham, Director of the Waite Research Institute at the University of Adelaide explains how this works and what it means.
