Conservation instead of Concentration

A proposal to expand and ‘develop’ what is currently a small and somewhat isolated community at Sellicks Beach is not to the liking of most residents. One of them has formed a group to oppose this development, and put forward an alternative plan for the area that would recognise its natural and cultural values. Barry Mitchell spoke to its founder, Matt Farrell.
