Europe Correspondent: FFP2 masks in Germany, Russian opposition leader returns

Germany’s spread of Covid-19 has been growing steadily again since late last year, and the government is now looking at more drastic measures.
There are concerns that amongst the recently upped lockdown measures that FFP2 masks will become mandatory, as introduced already in Austria and Bavaria.
Also, Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny who was poisoned last year, has been detained on his return to Russia for the first time in six months.
