Banking education schemes like the Commonwealth Bank’s Dollarmite program will be a thing of the past in Victoria next year
This comes after the state government’s announcement it would ban all banking schemes from operating in public schools from 2021.
Some experts claim this will give primary schools the opportunity to take their approach to financial literacy education seriously.
