Amongst bushfires, heatwaves and the pandemic, this year has left us particularly conscious of disasters.
Recent research has looked at the experiences of people living with disabilities, how they were affected during disasters, and what more could be done to ensure they aren’t left behind.
Michelle Villeneuve, Associate Professor at the University of Sydney joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to discuss the research.
