Mark Butler is the shadow Minister for Climate Change and Energy, and has recently been singled out for criticism by some in the Labor Party, who believe he wants to set targets for emissions reduction that may affect results in key electorates. Barry Mitchell spoke to him about this and broader climate change issues.
