European ‘Lockdown Lite’

In response to a growing second wave across Europe, restriction measures are being reintroduced across the continent – with France entering a new national lockdown on the October 30th.
In France and the Czech Republic all non-essential activities have been halted, with other nations following suit with variably enforced tiered lockdown systems.
French police investigating in Nice have now brought in 6 men for questioning regarding the knife attack at basilica that killed three.
