Life balance for better academic results

Posted on: Mon 2 Nov 2020

Is your child not doing well at school?

Researcher of the School of Health Sciences at the University of South Australia, Dr Dot Dumuid, joins Breakfast to discuss her study which shows the correlation between the time children spend in light activities—such as setting the table and watching screens—and lower academic scores.

Dr Dumuid proposes to find the right balance of activities within a 24-hour day.
