On this day in history;

In 1938, a radio broadcast of “The War of the Worlds”, narrated by Orson Welles allegedly caused a mass panic.

In 1974, we saw the “Rumble in the Jungle”, where Muhammad Ali knocked out George Foreman, regaining the world heavyweight boxing title with his famous “rope-a-dope” tactic.

In 2003, “Wicked” premiered on Broadway at the Gershwin Theatre, starring Idina Menzel and Kristin Chenoweth.

Breakfast producer, Soph Landau, joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to elaborate on these events in history.
