Australia Needs a Green New Deal

Speaking at last week’s National Press Club, Greens leader Adam Brandt referred to the Coalition’s ignorance towards renewable energy investment as ‘criminal’.
Brandt reiterated his suggestion for Australia to implement ‘Green New Deals’ to stimulate economic recovery through environmental projects, rather than the proposed ‘gas-fired recovery’.
