Last week the news broke that the two police officers who were responsible for the death of Yorta Yorta woman Tanya Day in 2017 will be avoiding prosecution.
This is despite fierce campaigning from the family who are seeking justice for Tanya Day and leaves the country with zero convictions for the 439 Aboriginal people who have died in custody since the Royal Commission.
