Truly part of the WOMAD Family, The Cat Empire are returning for a 15th WOMAD appearance over 16 years.
Formed in Melbourne two decades ago, when the six band members were still teenagers, The Cat Empire is a musical success story that continues to be written.
Felix Riebl, vocalist for The Cat Empire sat down with Radio Adelaide’s Tommy Eyers to discuss the evolution from “cat” to “empire” over the last two decades.
