Zali Steggall Climate Change Bill

Zali Steggall is the independent member for Warringah in the Federal Parliament, having wrested the seat from Tony Abbott. Now she has set herself an arguably even bigger challenge – to steer through the House of Representatives, a Climate Change Bill setting a target for zero emissions. Barometer’s Barry Mitchell spoke to Zali at the Climate Emergency Summit in Melbourne recently.
