Challenging how services view lived experience

It can be incredibly powerful to hear someone give testimony to their experiences of mental illness.
It can help to shape and inform our understanding of how services are doing well and where the gaps are, and there’s also a lesson in how services view people – as consumers, clients or lived experience experts.
