Renters By Choice – renting for a Decade or longer

The affordability of rent vs mortgage is a long-fought battle, and the difference in cost between paying rent and paying off a mortgage still divides many.
But with recent changes in the private rental sector; “renters by choice” are choosing to rent for up to a decade or longer.
Alan Morris, Research Professor at the University of Technology Sydney joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis to explain more.
