Datafication and the social services sector
Posted on: Fri 31 Jan 2020
Five years ago on Small Change we met Dame Diane Robertson, the Chair of Data Futures in New Zealand and the former CEO of Auckland City Mission, the site of a ground-breaking collaborative study, the Family 100 project.
Diane is returning to Adelaide in March to discuss datafication and its impacts on the social services sector in Australia over the next decade.
She explains to Small Change‘s Lisa Burns how data can contribute to better outcomes for organisations and the people accessing those services.
