Hardship Grants – Kiwi Correspondent

In the last part of 2019, The New Zealand Ministry of Social Development paid out more than 573,000 hardship grants at the cost of $165 million.
As the demand for these hardship grants continues to skyrocket, Work and Income case managers aren’t able to spend as much time getting people into jobs.
