Heart Foundation Walking Group: Along the Torrens Trail

Keeping healthy can be as simple as a brisk stroll on a regular basis somewhere in your neighbourhood.  Even better when done with a group of like-minded people. The elements of fresh air, change of scenery, activity, companionship, having someone to chat with, and socialising afterwards over a cuppa every Tuesday morning all combine nicely for an eclectic group of women.  Corrine Bateman tells us about it.
