In 2015-16, there were almost 250,000 households around Australia whose main source of income were wages, but who were still living below the poverty line.
Working to Make Ends Meet is a new report from the South Australian Council of Social Service, which explores the experiences of the ‘waged poor’, particularly when it comes to energy bill stress.
