Australian Teens Too Lazy?

It’s been found that Australian teens have been ranked 140 out of 146 in terms of hours of weekly physical activity, placing us embarrassingly low on the list.
This may be considered a product of sedentary lifestyles in privileged Western society. But just how much will this persist and how do we solve the arising issues?
