The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) provides regular assessments on climate change, its causes, potential impacts and response options.
Tim Baxter is Senior Researcher of Climate Solutions at the Climate Council. Barry Mitchell spoke to him about the recent IPCC special report on the Oceans and Cryosphere.
