Mental Health Awareness for Young Students

Depression is a serious mental illness that affects several Australians every year.
Young people in particular are taking on several responsibilities in their lives such as tertiary study, employment and other personal commitments, sometimes all at once and more. This mix of a personal life can be rather harsh on a young person’s well-being when you add mental illnesses into the mix.
