SA Water Sell-off Important Conservation Site

The Aldinga Washpool is a seasonal wetland adjacent to the Aldinga Scrub Conservation Park. Local environmental groups have been working towards achieving official Conservation status for the wetland and adding it to the Scrub. Peter Laffan started the group Aldinga Washpool and Silver Sands Heritage group and spoke to Barry Mitchell about this, and SA Water’s plans to sell off part of the area currently under discussion for conservation.
