SA Aboriginal organisations closing the gap

A group of six South Australian organisations have come together to form a new network, that will inform policy development and strategic planning for Closing the Gap, at the National and State level.
Melissa Clarke, Director of Aboriginal Services at Aboriginal Legal Rights Movement says it’s the first time a network like the South Australian Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations Network (SAACCON) has been formed, to directly inform policy on eliminating the gap in outcomes between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.
