David Lloyd: RAN & Merchant Navy Veteran – The Men of The Small Ships

Dave Lloyd served in both the RAN and the Merchant Navy. His father served in the RAN from 1920 on HMAS Tingira, and the Australian Army Qld Division and US Army Small Ships during WW2. Dave is now the Vice President of the US Army Small Ships Association Inc. He tells us some incredible detailed information about this organisation and the Veterans it serves, and his father’s service… and we delve briefly into Dave’s own Navy service.
