SA Budget to negatively impact vulnerable people

Concerns have been raised over a number of measures outlined in the State Budget, which are likely to have a disproportionately negative impact on South Australians experiencing disadvantage.
The measures include the re-introduction of the public transport Metrocard fee, increased fees, charges and fines, and cuts to services that support vulnerable people.
