Laws of space launches

The Australian Space Agency has the country up for many exciting possibilities. NASA recently said it would be launching rockets from Arnhem Space Centre, in Nhulunbuy in the Northern Territory in 2020.

But who decides what can be launched into space?

Professor Melissa de Zwart, Dean of Law at the University of Adelaide joins Breakfast’s Bonnie Parker to discuss international space treaties and Australia’s future in space.
