Tackling environmental crime

Environmental crimes are not victimless.
Restorative justice could be used in the context of environmental crimes in an effort to prevent these crimes from being recommitted through its model of collaboration and repairing relationships.
PhD candidate from the University of New South Wales Mark Hamilton joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann and Zoe Kounadis discussing how Australia can give a voice to these victims when tackling these crimes.
