Is new Royal Commission addressing Indigenous health?

The Royal Commission into violence, abuse, neglect and exploitation of people with disabilities was announced in April. But the needs of Indigenous people with disabilities still seem to be poorly addressed by the commission.
Scott Avery, Research and Policy Director at the First People’s Disability Network, spoke to Breakfast producer David Bucio about the new Royal Commission and how it’s failing to address specific problems facing Indigenous people with disabilities.
