The recipient will receive a digital marketing package valued at $20,000 to help showcase their talent to the music public, thanks to moshtix
In 2018, Milk! Records were awarded Best Independent Label. Co-founder of Milk! Records Jen Cloher commented on the win, “Winning the Best Independent Label at the AIR Awards last year was a wonderful recognition of all the hard work that so many of us do behind the scenes in the independent music community…and to know that your peers and friends are judging, makes it feel even more special. We wish this year’s nominees all the best.”
AIR will hold its 2019 Indie-Con Australia conference at LOT FOURTEEN on Thursday 25 and Friday 26 July in conjunction with the AIR Awards. The conference will explore topics including sync, mental health, insights into China, label leadership, technology, e-sports and video gaming, as well as provide professional development and industry networking opportunities.
AIR is delighted to welcome Executive Chair of IMPALA, Helen Smith, and New York Label Mom + Pop Co-President Thaddeus Rudd as this year’s keynote speakers.
