Adelaide Cabaret Festival: Steven Gates on directing horror close to home in ‘Suburban Gothic’

Lisa was very lucky to speak with Steven Gates about not only his wonderful career as one of the top 3 key members of the iconic Australian comedy troupe Tripod but also his collaboration with the creative minds behind the award-winning The Beautiful Losers as director for the upcoming cabaret production of Suburban Gothic.
This searing, satirical song suite exploring the hideous and hilarious aspects of Australian suburbia is set to be a highlight in this year’s Adelaide Cabaret Festival.
