David Malouf: An Open Book

David Malouf is one of Australia’s greatest living writers. He is the author of ten novels and six volumes of poetry, including his latest “An Open Book” which has just been released by University of Queensland Press.
David was recently in town for the Adelaide Writers Festival. In this interview with Packed Lunch, David began by talking about his mental state when the inspiration for a poem strikes.
