The Adelaide Fringe continues to grow each year in size and popularity, making us wonder how Adelaide will cope when the festival expands beyond our current infrastructure. Are scooters really the answer to parking issues? Will the trend of expanding into brick-and-mortar venues rather than creating more pop-ups continue?
