Medivac Bill a win for human rights

Last night, for the first time since 1941, the Australian Government lost a vote on its own legislation with amendments to the ‘medivac bill’ passed through the house of representatives.
Daniel Ghezelbash from the Macquarie Law School joins Breakfast‘s Zoe and Tom to talk us through the amendments and what they mean to those who are detained.
