Hard Rubbish at Flicker Fest

International short film festival Flicker Fest will appear in Adelaide at the Mercury Cinema on Saturday February 2 2019.
One of the festival highlights is a short coming-of-age film by Adelaide director Stephen Packer. Hard Rubbish follows the escapades of a group of 15-year-old boys whose late-night vandalism at the local private school leads to a clash with the local gang, unraveling a series of unfortunate events.
Stephen Packer joins Breakfast’s Tom Mann to talk about the festival and discuss the making of Hard Rubbish.
